A bit leaner, and he'd be perfect. Stannis Baratheon looks like a starving man even as he's getting up from a feast, or at least that was the impression I got.

The cold, iron-hard look about him? That is true to type.

A bit skinnier; give him that "nearly hungry" look, and he'd be perfect. Just a shade skinnier, mind - he's no stick figure, but he shouldn't have a belly, which the lines you've drawn suggest he does.

This is my new favorite picture of Stannis. No doubt about it.
